- All classes have been generated based on how your students are rostered in PS. Because Media Specialists and Guidance Counselors may not have rosters and ESOL teachers only have K-5 rosters, classes have not been automatically generated for them.
- If ESOL or Media Specialists are interested in setting up their classes in Seesaw manually, please have them complete the steps found here.
- Classes should be created and rostered for the designated special education classes (all primary and moderate/severe K-5) teachers.
- If you have found that a teacher does not have access to their class in Seesaw, please have them complete this form.

The cogAT testing for grade 2 and 5 and referrals will be online this year between October 19 and November 13. Referrals are due Friday September 25. Send these to Amy Lester.

All teachers, whether full-time or part-time, will work through their base school principals on SLO requirements. Teachers should follow the direction of their base school principal regarding anything related to this year’s evaluation process. Our BOY SLO conference is TBD. Please work on your pre assessment data. October 16, 2020 is the deadline for SLO or professional goal preliminary approval conference completed and signed by the evaluator and teacher in SC Lead.

- Achieve3000 Levelset - As students complete the Achieve3000 Levelset test, they should take the Levelset test in the classroom on their assigned A/B day. If for some reason a student takes the Levelset outside of supervised class time, please email [email protected] and they can reset a test if needed.

- 3rd Grade Studies Weekly - Unfortunately, the shipments of the 3rd grade Studies Weekly newspapers have been delayed. I was told that they will be "rushed" to schools as soon as possible. I will let you know when I receive an exact date. In the meantime, please access the online materials through Clever.
