Plexiglass & Masks: (Mrs. McDavid)
It is required that students & staff wear masks at all times.
Students must wear masks in the classroom with the plexiglass because they will only be three feet apart. Students are only able to remove masks if they maintain six feet distance. I believe this information is also on the district’s webpage.
If teachers can ensure students are six feet apart during their entire recess time, they do not have to wear masks. Otherwise, masks are required.

The state department has released a new logo as the transition is being made from English Learner (EL) to Multilingual Learner (ML). We just wanted you to be aware of the new terminology. WIDA also uses the term Multilingual Learner in their ACCESS trainings so your School Testing Coordinators have already been exposed to this new term.
