Parent/Teacher Conferences (Mark) -
The deadline for parent teacher conferences is Friday, November 20. As always, the goal is 100% for both brick and mortar and virtual students.
National Board Certification (Jill Jeter) -
If teachers have questions about National Board Certification please have them contact me. I will not host an informational meeting this year on National Board because there is no longer a supplement for initial candidates, so there is little interest. Candidates who are renewing are welcome to contact for assistance. I will not host a renewal meeting as there are so many different needs that is best for me to support renewal candidates individually.
Science- Virtual Field Trip Opportunities (Kim Inman) -
Please take a few minutes to review the virtual learning opportunities available to HCS teachers and students from Playcard and Santee Cooper.
Specifics include:
· ten to fifteen-minute live demonstration by our Roper Mountain science or social studies specialist
· question and answer session with our Roper Mountain specialists via chat box
· total connection time is approximately 30 minutes
